01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing slight overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl, mixing until crumbly dough forms. Press mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
03 - Place pan in oven and bake base for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
04 - Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth and glossy.
05 - Pour chocolate mixture evenly over the warm baked crust, spreading with a spatula to cover completely.
06 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, and coconut evenly across the chocolate layer.
07 - Return pan to oven and bake for 15 minutes until edges are set and topping is slightly melted.
08 - Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once fully cooled, lift bars out using parchment paper overhang and cut into 12 even squares.
