03 - Place 2–3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each turkey slice. Top each with half a slice of cheese.
04 - Roll up each turkey slice around the stuffing and cheese, starting from the wider end. Secure with toothpicks if needed to hold shape.
05 - Place roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
06 - Pour gravy evenly over all the roll-ups, ensuring each is coated.
07 - Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes to cook through.
08 - Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes until turkey reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
09 - Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving, if desired. Serve hot with additional gravy on the side.
