01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

02 - 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
04 - ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

→ Liquids

05 - ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

→ Add-ins (optional)

06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed
07 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
08 - A few ice cubes, if desired

# How To Make It:

01 - Place Greek yogurt, banana, spinach, pineapple, and almond milk in a blender.
02 - Add chia seeds, honey, and ice cubes if using.
03 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
