01 - Combine vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30–45 seconds.
02 - Taste the shake and add more peppermint extract if a stronger mint flavor is desired. Add additional food coloring drop by drop to achieve the preferred green shade.
03 - In a chilled metal bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat.
04 - Pour the shake into chilled glasses. Top generously with freshly whipped cream. Add green sprinkles and a maraschino cherry if using. Serve immediately with straws.
