01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

03 - 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
04 - 1/2 cup coconut water, chilled
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

01 - Combine strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey (if using) in a blender.
02 - Blend until the mixture is fully smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Add ice cubes and blend once more until the ice is finely crushed and the beverage is frothy.
04 - Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more agave syrup or honey if preferred.
